According to News 5 Cleveland, Meuti was found deceased exterior of the Avenue at Warrensville Care & Rehabilitation Center round 7:30 a.m. on Christmas Eve. Per Warrensville Heights police, the final time Meuti was allegedly seen by employees on the facility was at 8:40 p.m. on December 23.
