CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebuano boxer Rodex “The Tank” Piala is on a mission to defend Filipino delight as he faces China’s Yeerjialahasi Laayibieke of their upcoming World Boxing Organization (WBO) Oriental tremendous featherweight title showdown.
