A Former CNN anchor Don Lemon just lately tied the knot to his longtime love, Tim Malone.

The husbands obtained hitched in NYC at Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church. Linda Thomas-Greenfield, the United States ambassador to the UN, officiated the ceremony.
The 55-year-old stated, “She’s a friend, and it means that much to us.”

The pair have been engaged for 5 years and determined to have a standard wedding ceremony.
Lemon, who’s a Baptist, acknowledged he “wanted to have a religious service.”
He continued, “I wanted to get married in the church. So, Tim made that happen.”
The tv journalist shared how he and the actual property dealer integrated their tradition’s traditions.
He acknowledged, “Tim is from a big Irish family so we planned a big Irish blessing in there in his ceremony.”
Additionally, Lemon stated “at the end we jumped over a broom,” which is an African American custom. It was unlawful for individuals who had been enslaved to be married. It was a means for the podcaster to honor his ancestors.
