Holly Willoughby is able to make her comeback on ITV‘s Dancing On Ice after enduring a troublesome 2023.
ITV has confirmed that Willoughby will current the subsequent season of its superstar ice skating competitors sequence, with Stephen Mulhern changing Phillip Schofield as co-host.
Commenting on Willoughby’s return to Dancing on Ice, Katie Rawcliffe, head of leisure at ITV, mentioned: “Holly and Stephen are two of our best-loved presenters, so reuniting them 20 years after they first appeared on screen together to host Dancing on Ice marks the start of an exciting year for the show.”
Willoughby has been on a break from presenting duties since October after a person was charged with a plot to kidnap and homicide the British tv star. Gavin Plumb denies the costs.
The alleged risk adopted a storm over Schofield’s relationship with a younger co-worker on This Morning, in addition to questions on an alleged “toxic” tradition on the ITV present.
Schofield resigned from This Morning in shame in May and an unbiased overview discovered this month that his colleagues weren’t conscious of his relationship. Willoughby mentioned she felt “shaken, troubled and let down” by the revelations. The overview didn’t conclude that This Morning had a poisonous tradition.
Willoughby give up This Morning in October after 14 years. “It’s been an honour to just be part of its story and I know this story has many chapters left to go. Sadly, however, I now feel I have to make this decision for me and my family,” she mentioned on the time.
