Vin Diesel is the newest leisure trade large to be accused of a sexual-based violation in a lawsuit. According to Vanity Fair, Diesel’s former assistant, Asta Jonasson, is suing the actor for sexual battery. She reportedly filed in Los Angeles on Dec. 21.
His former worker says the battery incident occurred in 2010 whereas Vin was filming ‘Fast Five.’ Vin Diesel’s manufacturing firm, One Race, employed Asta to work on location in Atlanta, per the lawsuit.
At the time, Jonasson had reportedly not too long ago graduated from a movie college program in Los Angeles. The submitting describes her obligations as an assistant. Those duties included organizing events, being Diesel’s plus one to events, and staying near him throughout occasions “in case photographs were taken of him with women” whereas his girlfriend wasn’t current.

The former assistant says at that time, she tried to disassociate from the assault and hold from making the actor indignant. Several hours later, Vin’s sister, Samantha Vincent, reportedly fired the assistant over the telephone. Asta had reportedly been on the job for beneath two weeks.
Vanity Fair experiences that Vin Diesel’s reps and manufacturing firm haven’t responded to their request for remark. He has not addressed the allegation in any social media statements.
