A month later, Dwayne responded to Vin’s message and shut down any hope on the time that he’d return to the Fast franchise. “This past June, when Vin and I actually connected not over social media, I told him directly — and privately — that I would not be returning to the franchise,” the actor advised CNN. “I was firm yet cordial with my words and said that I would always be supportive of the cast and always root for the franchise to be successful, but that there was no chance I would return. I privately spoke with my partners at Universal as well, all of whom were very supportive as they understand the problem.”
Time seems to have healed all wounds, and now the Fast household is stronger than ever. Hobbs and Dom (if he makes it out of Fast X unscathed) must work collectively to take down Dante as soon as and for all. Fast 11 is anticipated to be launched in 2025.
