The new collection is known as <em>The Boroughs<\/em> and can observe older folks from a retirement residence, who face an otherworldly menace.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Netflix\u2019s <em>The Boroughs<\/em> is created by <strong>Jeffrey Addiss<\/strong> and <strong>Will Matthews<\/strong>, who developed <em>The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance<\/em> for Netflix.
