Henry Cavill<\/strong><\/a> is stepping away from “The Witcher,” and a brand new Geralt of Rivia has been tapped … one Liam Hemsworth<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The announcement got here down Saturday, and it is kinda shaking up TV land … as HC has helmed the lead function for 3 seasons now, to a lot acclaim. Now, although, he says he is outta there and passing on the baton for spherical #4 — and the timing makes whole sense.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Henry writes, “My journey as Geralt of Rivia has been full of each monsters and adventures, and alas, I will likely be laying down my medallion and my swords for Season 4. In my stead, the implausible Mr Liam Hemsworth will likely be taking on the mantle of the White Wolf.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

He goes on to want Liam luck enjoying a personality he says he adored. Liam, in the meantime, is embracing the brand new job … saying, “Henry, I\u2019ve been a fan of yours for years and was impressed by what you dropped at this beloved character.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

LH provides, “I’ll have some massive boots to fill, however I\u2019m really excited to be getting into The Witcher world.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The information is a giant deal, but in addition predictable. Fact is, Henry is again for the DCEU<\/strong><\/a> as Superman — thanks, largely, to The Rock<\/strong><\/a> — and there is at the very least yet another film he is gonna do because the Man of Steel, if no more. Seems HC needs to clear the deck for that.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Like we stated, Henry has gotten rave evaluations for his efficiency as Geralt — with many viewing it as his post-Superman period and giving him kudos for leaving DC behind … which, for a very long time, did not appear to need him again to reprise his iconic function<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Of course, there’s been some main regime adjustments at WB<\/strong><\/a> these days — and it appears like Henry’s all in on his past love once more. As for Liam taking up the mantle in his stead \u00a0… blended bag response, frankly. He’s bought the king’s blessing although, which is basically all that issues.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
