But will it keep that manner?<\/p>\n At the tip of the episode \u201cTraining Day,\u201d which Raver directed, issues appeared the most effective they\u2019ve been in a very long time for the couple, however may that be as a result of the burden is off each of them as people now that they\u2019ve settled into the place they need to be professionally, her as chief of surgical procedure and him as chief of trauma?<\/p>\n \u201cI think they made so many really messed up choices, really bad choices. And what\u2019s so beautiful about them is I love that fans got angry at that. You know why? Because they were messed up choices and they\u2019re flawed people,\u201d Raver advised TV Insider. \u201cAnd I love that they are coming out the other side because I feel like it shows that we\u2019re portraying real flawed human beings.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cNow they\u2019re coming into their moments where they\u2019re both thriving and they both can be badass surgeons and chiefs and husband and wife and parents. I really would love to see them thrive together and figuring out this new place in their life. I think in Hollywood we always see these perfect couples falling in love and everything is great or we see them completely tearing each other apart. I think it\u2019s so beautiful to see a healthy, normal relationship that has its ups and downs and how they navigate these amazing new places in their careers.\u201d<\/p>\n ABC\/Raymond Liu<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The excellent news is that whereas it wouldn\u2019t be Grey\u2019s<\/em> with out some drama down the road for considered one of its {couples}, it appears like for now, followers of this one can breathe a sigh of reduction. Rather, the main target is now shifting to their careers.<\/p>\n \u201cHow is Teddy going to be the best chief that she can?\u201d Raver questioned concerning the place she\u2019s having fun with her character in. \u201cI think they\u2019re starting to incorporate Teddy wanting to make changes for the interns, which feels very right in the climate that we are in, that we\u2019re looking at mental health and how to protect our so-called next class that\u2019s coming up, next generation. I\u2019m loving getting to work with all of the new interns and all of those really fun stories. They have such fabulous stories coming up and those actors are so talented.\u201d<\/p>\n Speaking of the interns, she couldn\u2019t say sufficient good issues about them as actors and supporting her in her Grey\u2019s<\/em> directorial debut with the March 23 episode. \u201cTo be able to work with the new cast members and really get to know who they are, we\u2019re so lucky. They\u2019re so talented and such lovely human beings. And I don\u2019t mean to be all mushy, but I\u2019m going to be all mushy because I love them all so much because I really got to dig deep and they also were so supportive and they were like, \u2018You\u2019ve got this, you can do it.
