Jax Taylor<\/strong><\/a>, 43, and his spouse, Brittany Cartwright<\/strong><\/a>, 34, have shared their two cents on the breakup between Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a>, 39, and Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a>, 37, after 9 years collectively as a result of Tom\u2019s affair with their Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> co-star, Raquel Leviss<\/strong><\/a>, 28. \u201cI got a text message. It said, \u2018You were right all along,’\u201d Jax advised PEOPLE<\/em> <\/a>on March 21, recalling the second he came upon concerning the affair. \u201cIt wasn\u2019t shocking to me. I\u2019ve known Tom Sandoval for 20 years, we grew up together. I just know his lifestyle<\/a>. I know who he is, and I\u2019ve said it many times. No one wanted to believe me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a reason why it\u2019s Raquel. [It\u2019s] because she can be controlled,\u201d he continued. \u201cAriana\u2019s a very strong, independent woman \u2014 that\u2019s how Brittany is \u2014 but you can\u2019t control her. And I think Raquel\u2019s very easily influenced. I think he likes to be able to tell her what to do. I think she\u2019s very codependent, and I think he preys on that. He can control her and she\u2019ll do whatever he says.\u201d<\/p>\n
