Whoopi Goldberg\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>followers positively observed that there was one thing totally different about her when she was on\u00a0The View <\/em><\/a>on Monday, March 20. The present\u2019s moderator, 67, revealed that she underwent surgical procedure on her eye, making her capable of see with out glasses, and he or she confirmed off her new glasses-free look on the present. She was clearly very excited to not want glasses to assist learn on the speak present.<\/p>\n

Co-host\u00a0Sunny Hostin<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>identified that Whoopi had come out on the present with out her glasses, and the moderator revealed that she had undergone surgical procedure to enhance her sight. \u201cI had an operation and they replaced the lens, and the lens they replaced it with is kind of like my eyeglass lens,\u201d she mentioned. \u201cIt isn\u2019t cataract surgery, because I only have a cataract here [gesturing to her eye], but they can remove the lens when you have teeny tiny cataracts and replace them. There\u2019s a word in here that I can\u2019t read, only because I can\u2019t pronounce it.\u201d<\/p>\n
