The recipients for the The Future of Film is Female (FOFIF) Short Film Fund Fall 2022 Grant cycle have been introduced. FOFIF\u2019s web site particulars, \u201cTwo filmmakers will receive $1000 financial grants: Nicole Otero for production on her short film \u2018Wait for Night\u2019 and Abby Harri for post-production on her short \u2018Side Hustle.\u2019 Jalena Keane-Lee receives post-production sound services from Heard City (valued at $16,000) for \u2018Barrio Chino Havana.\u2019 Francesca Mirabella receives color correction services from Nice Shoes for \u2018Bomb\u2019 while Ivete Lucas also receives color correction services from Irving Harvey for \u2018The Passing\u2019 (each valued at $20,000).\u201d<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve had the pleasure of working with Jalena, Francesca, and Ivete previously with screenings at MoMA and Nitehawk Cinema.
