The monitor \u2013 now the best-performing music of each rising artists\u2019 respective careers \u2013 boasts over 44million views on YouTube and counting.<\/p>\n<p>PinkPantheress mentioned of her collaboration with Ice Spice in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/big-reads\/pinkpantheress-cover-interview-2023-take-me-home-ep-3390837\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Big Read cowl story with <em>NME<\/em><\/a>: \u201cI saw that [Ice Spice] followed me because I was on Instagram, and I never go on Instagram,\u201d she mentioned. \u201cI thought it was cool because I didn\u2019t think she even knew who I was. I popped in [the DMs] and said, \u2018Whenever you\u2019re in the UK, I\u2019d love to meet\u2019. I think she\u2019s really cool, above the music and everything. She said she was a fan [of mine], and I was like, \u2018OK, amazing\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven though Ice Spice does drill, her flows are super unique and the beats she chooses are different. A lot of people would struggle with the beats I choose, but I knew she\u2019d be good for it,\u201d PinkPantheress <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/pinkpantheress-on-her-boys-a-liar-pt-2-collaboration-with-ice-spice-once-you-see-the-world-she-embodies-it-makes-you-view-the-music-differently-3393178\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">added<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy songs are quite dark lyrically,\u201d she defined. \u201cWith Ice Spice, once you see the world she embodies and what she looks like, it makes you view the music differently. I listened to her and I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh, she\u2019s actually more cute than a savage\u2019. I guess it was a good opportunity for her to show a more vulnerable side.
