The finalists are \u201972,\u2019 by Marissa Chibas; \u2018Blue Veil,\u2019 by Shireen Alihaji; \u2018The Copeland Case,\u2019 by Cecilia Copeland; and \u2018Requiem for a Glacier,\u2019 by Stephanie Falkeis,\u201d per The Hollywood Reporter.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cDriverless\u201d follows a robotics engineer on a cross-country journey. \u201cGoing Dutch\u201d tells the story of a scientist concerned with Amsterdam\u2019s wealthiest bachelor. \u201cScarce\u201d is a portrait software program engineer making an attempt to get justice for an underprivileged group. \u201cLaylayon\u201d sees an immigrant mom returning to her ancestral dwelling within the Philippine jungle.<\/p>\n \u201cFinalist \u201972\u2019 centers around a Cuban refugee and her teenage daughter\u2019s secret on New Year\u2019s Eve in New York, 1972,\u201d per the supply. \u201c\u2018The Copeland Case,\u2019 based on the true story of the Copeland kidnappings, follows a woman\u2019s fight in the U.S. and Israel to get back her children. \u2018Blue Veil\u2019 follows a Muslim teenager as she grapples with her identity amid new exposure in a post-9\/11 world.
