NEW YORK CITY: <\/strong>Theatre Communications Group is accepting purposes for the 2023 Rising Leaders of Color (RLC)<\/a> program. Applications will likely be accepted till\u00a0<\/strong>Tuesday, March 7\u00a0at 11:59 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n
