PORTLAND, ORE.:<\/strong> Liam Kaas-Lentz has been named the brand new managing director of Portland\u00a0Center\u00a0Stage<\/a> (PCS). He will succeed Cynthia Fuhrman within the position, main the corporate alongside creative director Marissa Wolf<\/a>, after having served as interim managing director since March 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a joy to sojourn forward together with Liam Kaas-Lentz as a co-executive leader at PCS,\u201d mentioned Marissa Wolf in an announcement. \u201cWe\u2019ve worked closely together in bringing to life exhilarating theatre onstage\u00a0over the past four years, and most recently, his vision and leadership have been instrumental in navigating PCS through the complexity of the pandemic recovery period, toward the company\u2019s sustainable and thriving future.\u201d<\/p>\n Kaas-Lentz has labored in numerous roles at\u00a0PCS for practically a decade, beforehand serving as common supervisor, director of manufacturing, and manufacturing supervisor, amongst different positions. Originally from Bellingham, Wash., he has labored in theatre administration in\u00a0Portland\u00a0for greater than 20 years. He has additionally served as manufacturing supervisor for\u00a0Portland\u00a0Playhouse<\/a>, Sojourn Theatre<\/a>, Hand2Mouth Theatre<\/a>, and Risk\/Reward<\/a>.
