Now, the embattled singer is complaining that Capitol Records is prioritizing \u201cSam Smith\u2019s \u2018satanism’\u201d over Bonfire Of Teenagers<\/em>, referencing Smith and Kim Petras\u2019 latest Grammys efficiency of \u201cUnholy.\u201d<\/p>\n Posting to his web site<\/a>, Morrissey wrote: \u201cCapitol Records (Los Angeles) proudly promotes Sam Smith\u2019s \u2018satanism\u2019; yet they consider the honest truth of Morrissey\u2019s factual \u2018Bonfire of Teenagers\u2019 to be their biggest threat and they will not release it despite their contractual obligation and promise to do so.\u201d The weblog title? \u201cBonfire Of Teenagers, RIP.\u201d <\/p>\n After Smith and Petras carried out \u201cUnholy\u201d on the Grammys \u2014 a set that featured some satanic imagery, aka nothing well-liked musicians haven\u2019t already been doing for literal many years \u2014 quite a few folks filed complaints in opposition to CBS and the Federal Communications Commission, citing devil worship. <\/p>\n \u201cI think a lot of people, honestly, have kind of labeled what I stand for and what Sam stands for as religiously not cool, and I personally grew up wondering about religion and wanting to be a part of it but slowly realizing it didn\u2019t want me to be a part of it,\u201d Petras mentioned in response, per Variety<\/a>. \u201cSo it\u2019s a take on not being able to choose religion.
