First Officer Charlene Hudy, Chair of the Master Elected Council of the Air Canada Pilots Association (ACPA), is happy to announce the appointment of Ms. Natalie Wiley as Acting Chief Executive Officer, efficient December 2022.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am thrilled to have a seasoned legal professional with an impressive career in labour relations as the new Acting CEO for ACPA,\u201d stated First Officer Charlene Hudy. \u201cMs. Wiley brings important experience and expertise to this role at a critical time for the Association. Her leadership will support our members as we collectively navigate new challenges and opportunities.\u201d<\/p>\n
A lawyer by occupation, Ms. Wiley has been working on the Association for over 6 years, beforehand holding the place of Director of Labour Relations. As a 17-year member of the bar, her curiosity in grievance and arbitration has been honed by way of expertise working for quite a few totally different labor organizations, granting her a breadth and depth of information in labor relations, litigation, grievance dealing with, collective settlement administration, and the practices and rules underlying collective bargaining.<\/p>\n
