Los Angeles prosecutors will retry \u201cThat \u201970s Show\u201d actor Danny Masterson<\/a> on three rape counts after a hopelessly deadlocked jury led to a mistrial in his first trial in November.<\/p>\n

The LA County District Attorney\u2019s Office declared prosecutors\u2019 plans in court docket filings and at a Tuesday listening to, the place Superior Court Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo rejected a protection movement to dismiss the fees.<\/p>\n
