Rabat, Morocco—Russia’s announcement of a brief unilateral ceasefire in Ukraine is “not credible”, the EU’s prime diplomat stated Friday, labelling it “hypocrisy”.<\/p>\n

“The Kremlin completely lacks credibility and this declaration of a unilateral ceasefire shouldn’t be credible,” European Union international coverage chief Josep Borrell stated throughout a go to to Morocco.<\/p>\n
