Stranger<\/a><\/em> Things<\/em><\/a>\u2018 18-year-old star Noah Schnapp<\/a> took to TikTok<\/a> on Thursday, January 5 to share a message with his fans, confirming his sexuality and coming out as gay.<\/p>\n The video consists of Schnapp lip-sychning to audio of a woman saying it was \u201cnever that serious\u201d as a text box placed above his head reads, \u201cWhen I finally told my friends and family I was gay after being scared in the closet for 18 years and all they said was \u2018we know.’\u201d<\/p>\n He additionally wrote within the description, \u201cI guess I\u2019m more similar to will than I thought.\u201d As followers of the Netflix<\/a> mega-hit will recall, in 2022, amid the discharge of Season 4, it was confirmed<\/a> that Schnapp\u2019s character Will Byers is homosexual.<\/p>\n In July, the actor shared the element in an interview with Variety<\/em><\/a>, revealing that Will Byers is in love along with his greatest good friend Mike (Finn Wolfhard<\/a>), and said, \u201cIt was always kind of there, but you never really knew, is it just him growing up slower than his friends?\u201d Schnapp mentioned. \u201cNow that he\u2019s gotten older, they made it a very real, obvious thing.
