Singer Anita Pointer <\/strong><\/a>of the enduring The Pointer Sisters<\/strong> has tied on the age of 74, in keeping with a rep for the legendary singer. TMZ<\/em><\/a> reported early Sunday, January 1, that Anita, who’s the third unique member of the band to move away, died on Saturday, December 31 after a \u201csomewhat lengthy and heroic battle with cancer<\/a>.\u201d She reportedly died surrounded by her household at her Beverly Hills residence.<\/p>\n
