Skyler Page<\/strong>, the creator of the animated sequence “Clarence,” is seemingly an enormous fan of the five-finger low cost … he received arrested for stealing toys from a reduction division retailer.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The Burbank Police Department tells TMZ … Skyler was arrested and booked for petty theft on Dec. 13, when cops say he went right into a Ross, grabbed some merchandise, together with Nerf weapons, and walked out with out paying.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops say Ross’ loss prevention division referred to as police to the shop to report the alleged theft … and after getting an outline of the suspect, whom they described as “unhoused.” Responding officers searched the world and located Skyler sitting on a close-by wall with a boatload of Nerf weapons.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Cops say the officers questioned Skyler in regards to the Nerf weapons, and he admitted to taking the toys … telling cops he did not have the funds for to pay for them.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
