AC\/DC<\/a> frontman Brian Johnson<\/a> has stated that he \u201cwould be up for\u201d writing new music with the onerous rock legends.<\/p>\n Johnson hasn\u2019t carried out dwell with the band since 2016 when he was pressured to depart their \u2018Rock Or Bust\u2019 tour resulting from listening to issues<\/a>, however they launched new album \u2018Power Up\u2019<\/a> in 2020.<\/p>\n In a current interview, the frontman stated he has \u201cbeen told not to\u201d discuss\u00a0AC\/DC\u2019s future plans by his bandmates<\/a>, however mentioned his hopes for the longer term in one other interview with Cleveland.com<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cI would love to do music again, whether it\u2019ll be guesting with somebody, whether it be actually playing live with the boys,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve heard that term \u2018hell freezes over\u2019 a million times before with people saying \u2018I\u2019m not doing that again\u2019. But I\u2019d be up for it. I think everybody hopes to make more music. But I feel like now the next thing I\u2019ve got is, I want to jump into my race car, put the helmet on and just go racing.\u201d<\/p>\n Johnson added: \u201cIt\u2019s a bit like music, a bit like the start of a show \u2013 the flag drops and the bullshit stops and it\u2019s just you and lots of other people trying to go as fast as you can. I guess I\u2019ve always liked that element of danger.\u201d<\/p>\n In a earlier interview with Eddie Trunk on SiriusXM\u2019s Trunk Nation<\/em> present, Johnson revealed that he had been forbidden from talking about what would possibly occur sooner or later. Asked if he would carry out with AC\/DC once more, he replied: \u201cI\u2019m not answering that. Why should I? First of all, there\u2019s five members in this band, and to ask one member isn\u2019t fair.\u201d<\/p>\n Trunk then requested if he personally want to be again on stage with AC\/DC, to which he responded: \u201cEddie, I cannot answer that. I\u2019ve been told not to by everybody. It\u2019s the official line.\u201d<\/p>\n \u2018Power Up\u2019 was AC\/DC\u2019s first album since 2014\u2019s \u2018Rock Or Bust\u2019<\/a>.
