Twitter CEO Elon Musk<\/a> was invited onstage by comic Dave Chappelle<\/a> throughout his San Francisco<\/a> stadium present on Sunday night \u2014 and issues didn’t go as deliberate.<\/p>\n

Chappelle was performing on the Chase Center in San Francisco, coincidentally additionally the hometown of Twitter\u2019s headquarters, when he unexpectedly introduced close to the top of his set: \u201cLadies and gentlemen, make some noise for the richest man in the world.\u201d And make noise they did.<\/p>\n

    The Twitter CEO, who has confronted rebuke for firing half of the platform\u2019s workers and overhauling its moderation insurance policies, didn\u2019t have a lot to say whereas on stage, and largely paced round.<\/p>\n

    \u201cIt sounds like some of those people you fired are in the audience,\u201d Chappelle joked because the boos continued.<\/p>\n

    Chappelle then took a jab at his personal viewers, saying, \u201cAll these people who are booing, and I\u2019m just pointing out the obvious, you have terrible seats.\u201d<\/p>\n

    A Twitter consumer<\/a> who posted a video of the awkward occasion wrote, \u201cThe response to Elon obviously speaks for itself, but @DaveChappelle just outright ripping on \u2018the poors\u2019 in the upper level that literally paid money to come see him perform may be the most disturbing part of this. Pretty gross.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Phones weren\u2019t allowed within the venue, however no less than one individual caught a video of the incident. The unique video posted to Twitter was eliminated and the account both suspended or deleted. It has since been re-uploaded on YouTube and by different Twitter accounts.
