Legendary school soccer coach Mike Leach <\/strong>— who’s spent that final three seasons operating Mississippi State’s sidelines — has been hospitalized … and he is now reportedly preventing for his life.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

MSU officers stated in a press release Sunday afternoon that Leach suffered a “private well being subject at his dwelling” that required him to be rushed to a hospital in Jackson, Miss.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The college supplied no additional particulars on his standing … although Sports Illustrated’s Ross Dellenger<\/strong><\/a> reported Sunday evening that the 61-year-old is in “vital” situation.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The school soccer world was rocked by the information … with most of the high names within the sport tweeting prayers for the person credited with creating the “Air Raid” offense.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

USC coach Lincoln Riley<\/strong><\/a> tweeted, “Prayers for my good buddy Mike Leach. Please preserve Coach and his household in your prayers.” Univ. of Houston head coach Dana Holgorsen<\/strong> added, “While I’m devastated by at present\u2019s information, I do know Mike is a fighter with an unimaginable spirit and I do know he’ll proceed to battle. Prayers to Sharon and their prolonged household.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
