A girl named\u00a0Shannon \u201cShay\u201d Ruth<\/strong> claims that\u00a0Nick Carter<\/strong><\/a> sexually assaulted her after inviting her onto the Backstreet Boys<\/strong>\u2018 tour bus in 2001, according to court documents obtained by HollywoodLife<\/strong>. <\/i>The woman, who has cerebral palsy and autism, further alleged that Nick gave her a drink that he called \u201cVIP juice,\u201d which she says she believes included alcohol. Shannon alleges that Nick asked her to perform oral sex on him in the bathroom of the band\u2019s tour bus, and he or she claims that the alleged sexual assault then continued on a mattress.<\/p>\n
