Zayn sang over the unique instrumental for \u201cAngel,\u201d a Hendrix observe that was launched in 1971 on his first posthumous album <em>The Cry Of Love<\/em>. \u201cBeing asked to collaborate to celebrate @jimihendrix 80th birthday was such an unexpected and huge honour,\u201d Zayn wrote on Twitter. \u201cI have so much respect and admiration for Jimi, his music and fans. \u2018Angel\u2019 is out now \u2013 hope you love the track as much as I do.
