SEOUL – North Korean chief Kim Jong Un mentioned his nation’s final aim is to own the world’s strongest nuclear power, as he promoted dozens of army officers concerned within the current launch of North Korea’s largest ballistic missile, state media reported on Sunday.<\/p>\n
