A buyer was so displeased along with her barbeque order that she known as 911 on the restaurant<\/a>. Then the shopper, named Annie Cooke,<\/strong> went house and left a one-star evaluation in regards to the \u201cvery pink\u201d<\/em> smoked meat.<\/p>\n

Clyde Cooper\u2019s Barbeque <\/strong>was fast to reply, ripping\u00a0into the \u201cignorant\u201d<\/em> buyer\u2019s story.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s extremely laughable (and) sad you think this is an issue to call the cops over,\u201d proprietor Debbie Holt <\/strong>replied to the evaluation. \u201cYou took a cop\u2019s time that may have needed to be on an IMPORTANT call, to complain because the BBQ was smoked (pink.)\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Last week, Annie tried to return a plate of meals to Clyde Cooper\u2019s\u00a0<\/strong>ten minutes after choosing it up. She claimed the smoked pork was raw due to its pink coloring. But the restaurant\u2019s proprietor of 15 years informed TODAY\u00a0<\/em>that wasn\u2019t the case<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI stated, \u2018oh honey, that is the pink from the smoke,\u201d Debbie said. \u201d I said, \u2018Honey, it is done,\u2019 and he or she couldn\u2019t. understand it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

According to Debbie, even close by prospects tried to elucidate the meat\u2019s coloration to the shopper. But Annie didn\u2019t again down, and the proprietor supplied her a chunk of rooster in a brown paper bag for her dissatisfaction.<\/p>\n

The restaurant didn’t subject a refund. And regardless of accepting the rooster, Annie later informed information station WRAL<\/em> (and the police) that she acquired nothing<\/a>\u2013no substitute meals or refund.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s ridiculous, especially because we\u2019re an old, established institution in Raleigh, so you know we know what we\u2019re doing, and then you\u2019re telling me it\u2019s not done,\u201d Debbie stated. \u201cI haven\u2019t encountered anyone that thick-headed in a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

After leaving the restaurant, rooster in tow, Annie known as the police on them. WRAL\u00a0<\/em>obtained an alleged transcript of the police name.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had ordered some food from there, and the barbeque is pink,\u201d Annie stated on the 911 name. \u201cI asked for either them to cook it some more or exchange my order. They are saying that the meat is supposed to be pink. I asked for them to change my order, and they said they are not giving me my money back or they are not going to trade out the food.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

A police officer stopped by the restaurant however gave not more than a \u201clittle smirk and rolled his eyes\u201d<\/em> earlier than leaving the scene, Debbie stated.<\/p>\n

In a dialog with\u00a0WRAL,\u00a0<\/em>Annie revealed why she known as emergency providers for a non-emergency.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s just the way I felt\u2013that\u2019s the reason I called the cops because I couldn\u2019t get my money back or I couldn\u2019t get a different plate,\u201d Annie stated.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Owner Slams Customer Following Online Review<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Still dissatisfied, Annie went house and hacked away at a now-deleted Google evaluation for the restaurant. She alleged that Clyde Cooper\u2019s offered the \u201cworst customer service\u201d<\/em> she\u2019s ever skilled. Annie added that the barbeque was \u201cvery pink and had lots of fat in it.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cTried to go back and tell them I either won\u2019t my money back or something else they refused to do either. After I call the COPS up there, they gave me 1 piece of chicken in a bag and said keep the plate,\u201d Annie stated. \u201cCops said I had file a civil suit with the courts. Worst food ever cheese not even melted on mac-and-cheese.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

As partially shared above, Annie clapped again on the buyer\u2019s tackle what occurred. Debbie, once more, defined the state of affairs and her outlook on Annie\u2019s actions.<\/p>\n

\u201cFurthermore, you were given chicken to replace your BBA and told you could keep the perfectly good BBQ you thought was raw because you are so ignorant to the fact that BBQ turns pink when smoked, and you wouldn\u2019t listen to us trying to explain that to you,\u201d Debbie wrote. \u201cYou were given that chicken before you left, and then you called the cops. Sad. Sad sad sad sad.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The restaurant shared screenshots of the evaluation and their clapback on their Facebook web page. In their caption, they continued to tug Annie and her \u201cstupidity.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
