COTABATO CITY, BARMM, Philippines \u2014 Bangsamoro Chief Minister Abdulraof \u201cSammy Gambar\u201d Macacua, who can be chief of the Bangsamoro Islamic Armed Forces (BIAF), navy wing of Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), pledged persevering with constancy to the erstwhile insurgent group\u2019s high chief.<\/p>\n
