Rapper Kid Cudi<\/a> is opening up about his expertise testifying at Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs\u2019<\/a> intercourse trafficking and racketeering trial<\/a> in May.<\/p>\n

The Pursuit of Happiness\u00a0<\/em>rapper (actual identify Scott Mescudi) informed\u00a0Call Her Daddy\u00a0<\/em>podcast<\/a> host Alex Cooper that he \u201chated every minute of it,\u201d marking the primary time he has spoken out about his time at Combs\u2019 trial.<\/p>\n

Mescudi mentioned that he turned down testifying twice however needed to take the stand as soon as he was subpoenaed. The 41-year-old rapper beforehand dated Cassie Ventura<\/a>, Combs\u2019 ex-girlfriend, in 2011, and testified about their transient relationship that befell 14 years in the past.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was just there because I had to be,\u201d Mescudi informed Cooper. \u201cI hated every minute of it. I did not want to do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

But he did make it clear that he needed to \u201csupport Cassie,\u201d who was a key witness in Combs\u2019 trial.<\/p>\n

Mescudi took the stand on May 22 and testified that Combs broke into his Hollywood Hills house<\/a> in 2011 after discovering out he was courting his ex-girlfriend, Ventura, and mentioned he was positive Combs was behind the firebombing of his automobile weeks later.<\/p>\n

The Grammy-winning rapper informed Cooper that he felt \u201ccalm\u201d on the stand.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m thinking about like, \u2018What am I wearing, man? Do I have to be like [in a] suit or something?\u2019 I was like, \u2018Man, f\u2014 this s\u2014. This is what I\u2019m wearing today. I\u2019m going to this f\u2014\u2014 s\u2014 in this. I\u2019m not dressing up for this s\u2014.\u2019 Like, wear some hard bottoms. I\u2019m wearing some Solomon\u2019s, and I\u2019m coming in with my Levi\u2019s and my leather jacket and that\u2019s it, you know?\u201d he mentioned, describing the outfit he wore to the federal courthouse in Manhattan.<\/p>\n

Mescudi spoke about coming to phrases with the truth that he was there to testify in assist of Ventura.<\/p>\n

\u201cI thought about, when I was up there. I\u2019m here to support Cassie, and Cassie is my friend, you know, and I love her, and I wanna see her do well,\u201d he mentioned.<\/p>\n
