Produced by Rebecca Long (\u201cThe Falling\u201d) and Stella Nwimo (\u201cNuclear,\u201d \u201cGangs of London\u201d) for Boudica Entertainment, the movie was backed by the BFI (awarding National Lottery funding), Head Gear Films and LipSync. The late Norman Merry and Peter Hampden, Kristin Irving, Phil Hunt and Compton Ross function govt producers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cPlaying Quinn was the wildest ride,\u201d mentioned lead actress McDonald. \u201cI read the script for the first time and within a week I was on a plane to South Africa ready to start shooting. We shot the whole thing in three thrilling weeks in a hazy but beautiful blur.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tMcDonald added: \u201cThe cast and crew were some of the most generous, open-hearted and talented people I\u2019ve ever been fortunate enough to work with, and the locations were breathtaking.
