\n\tMatt Rogers and Bowen Yang\u2019s Las Culturistas<\/a> Culture Awards made their splashy debut on Bravo<\/a>, honoring Kenan Thompson<\/a> and Allison Janney<\/a> with particular trophies.<\/p>\n \n\tThe award present that celebrates tradition honored the SNL<\/em> star with the Titan of Culture award, whereas Janney was offered with the Lifetime of Culture award.<\/p>\n \n\tFormer SNL<\/em> co-star Aidy Bryant took the stage at The Orpheum Theater to current Thompson with the accolade.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cGive the Black man the black one,\u201d Thompson joked as he took the stage, referring to the colour of his trophy.<\/p>\n \n\tThompson\u2019s clip bundle included scenes from his days at Nickelodeon\u2019s All That<\/em> and Kenan & Kel<\/em>, in addition to his time on the NBC late-night sketch present.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cThank you very much, wow! This is amazing! Yes, it is I, thespian Kenan Thompson. You know me from my work, including but not limited to the words, \u2018Tweedle-dee-doo,\u2019 \u2018What?!\u2019, \u2018Shut up!\u2019, \u2018No! My Gucci shoes!\u2019, and \u201c\u2019Ooh-wee, what\u2019s up with that?’\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tHe continued, \u201cIt really is a dream come true for me to win a Las Culturistas Culture Award. Thank you to Aidy \u2018Sweet Baby\u2019 Bryant. Aidy was on SNL<\/em> for 10 years. And that is only 190 years less than me. I have been on your TV forever. I\u2019m going to be in your hearts for even longer, I hope.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tTo current Janney along with her award, Kristen Wiig took the stage as herself, versus a personality she could or could not have performed earlier within the present, who was stated to be the Riddler\u2019s secretary.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cI don\u2019t think anything better will ever happen to me in my life. That was extraordinary. May I just say that after 30 years, I am finally excited to receive an award \u2026 that is worthy of accepting while not wearing any pants,\u201d Janney stated whereas accepting her award. \u201cBowen and Matt, thank you so much for having me tonight. You don\u2019t really sit around thinking about your impact on culture. But thanks to you and this very sparkly award \u2014 this is f**king gorgeous! I could wear it as a hat \u2014 I want to thank Kristen [Wiig] for being here. Working with her on Palm Royale<\/em>, you all know \u2013 she\u2019s magic and I love her very much of being here tonight.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tShe continued, \u201cI\u2019ve had an incredibly lucky life and I\u2019ve had the opportunity of working with so many amazing people and one parakeet \u2014 but seriously, I\u2019ve always said that acting is a team sport, and working in an ensemble with a community of artists brings me more joy than anything I ever could have imagined.
