In an emotional Instagram put up, Phil\u2019s son, Willie Robertson, and his daughter-in-law, Korie Robertson, confirmed his loss of life on May 25.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe celebrate today that our father, husband, and grandfather, Phil Robertson, is now with the Lord,\u201d the couple wrote. \u201cHe reminded us often of the words of Paul, \u2018You do not grieve like those who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.’\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you for the love and prayers of so many whose lives have been impacted by his life saved by grace, by his bold faith, and by his desire to tell everyone who would listen (to) the Good News of Jesus. A reason for loss of life was not instantly shared. The actuality TV star\u2019s household beforehand shared in December that Phil was recognized with Alzheimer\u2019s illness.<\/p>\n

Phil\u2019s son, Jase Robertson, posted a tribute to his father on X, writing, \u201cMy dad has gone to be with the Lord today! He will be missed and we know he is in good hands, and our family is good because God is very good! We will see him again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Phil\u2019s granddaughter, Sadie Robertson Huff, shared a put up on Instagram with a collection of images of her grandfather.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs I was sitting with Papaw Phil today, I thought about this verse \u2026 he has already experienced this on earth \u2014 going from dead to alive by the power of Christ! It was his testimony that changed his life, our families life, and thousands of others,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cPhil\u2019s not doing well. I think I spoke on the 1000th podcast. We were trying to figure out the diagnosis, but according to the doctors, they are sure that he has some sort of blood disease causing all kinds of problems,\u201d he stated on the time.<\/p>\n

Jase stated that the illness had \u201caccelerated, and it\u2019s causing problems with his entire body.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd he has early stages of Alzheimer\u2019s. So, if you put those things together, he\u2019s just not doing well. He\u2019s really struggling,\u201d Jase added.<\/p>\n
