Finesse2tymes<\/strong> is again in federal custody … with prosecutors alleging his arrest for terroristic threats in Texas violated his supervised launched circumstances.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The rapper’s lawyer Carl A. Moore<\/strong> tells TMZ \u2026 Finesse surrendered to authorities Friday and is in federal custody.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

According to paperwork obtained by TMZ … prosecutors are alleging he violated his supervised launched on three events — claiming he failed two drug assessments, one in 2022 and the opposite in 2024, each instances allegedly testing constructive for marijuana.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The different alleged violation pertains to his terroristic threats arrest<\/strong><\/a> for in Texas earlier this 12 months.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

King’s then guardian claims Finesse confirmed her a gun below his shirt and stated he would “up that fireside,” which is Memphis slang for pulling a gun.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The girl accusing Finesse2tymes instructed authorities she thought he was able to finishing up the menace … and, she feared for her life.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Finesse2tymes has been on supervised launch since he was launched from jail in July 2022 after serving a little bit greater than 3 and half years of a five-year sentence for possessing a gun as a former felon.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
