It\u2019s over. We move forward now with optimism and fire in our bellies.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tAfter rumors that drummer Scott Devours would change Starkey within the lineup, Townshend apologized \u201cfor not crushing that rumour before it spread.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tTownshend\u2019s assertion comes after Starkey introduced he \u201csuffered a serious medical emergency with blood clots in my right bass drum calf,\u201d which is \u201cnow completely healed and does not affect my drumming or running.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tFollowing reviews thatDaltrey had friction with Starkey<\/a> throughout a latest efficiency during which he couldn\u2019t hear over the drums, Starkey stated he was \u201csurprised and saddened anyone would have an issue with my performance that night, but what can you do?\u201d<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cI plan to take some much needed time off with my family, and focus on the release of \u2018Domino Bones\u2019 by Mantra Of The Cosmos with Noel Gallagher in May and finishing my autobiography written solely by me,\u201d added Starkey. \u201c29 years at any job is a good old run, and I wish them the best.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tDaltrey beforehand revealed onstage final month that he\u2019s \u201cgoing blind<\/a>,\u201d including: \u201cFortunately I still have my voice, because then I\u2019ll have a full Tommy.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
