A Florida landlord is dealing with homicide costs after he allegedly shot and killed his tenant in a dispute over a thermostat.\n<\/p>\n

According to an arrest report obtained by PEOPLE, Adam Louis Anson, 37, was charged with homicide after he allegedly shot his tenant, recognized by NBC Miami<\/a> and CBS News Miami<\/a> as 57-year-old Carlos Alberto Gonzalez.<\/p>\n

The arrest report states that deputies from the Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene in Westchester, situated about 12 miles exterior downtown Miami, at round 8:00 a.m. native time on Saturday, Jan. 25.\n<\/p>\n
