\n\tThe Phoenix Act extends the time that victims of home violence can come ahead and search justice towards their abusers. However, per Friday\u2019s ruling, District Attorney Nathan Hochman stated in Manson\u2019s case, the \u201callegations of domestic violence fall outside of the statute of limitations, and we cannot prove charges of sexual assault beyond a reasonable doubt.\u201d<\/p>\n
