Many from Hollywood\u2019s A-list are throwing their help behind Blake Lively<\/a>\u00a0within the wake of her misconduct claims<\/a> in opposition to her It Ends with Us<\/em> co-star and director Justin Baldoni<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The grievance<\/a>, filed late final week with the California Civil Rights Department, accuses Baldoni of sexual harassment<\/a> on the set of the film and a subsequent effort to \u201cdestroy\u201d Lively\u2019s repute.<\/p>\n

In the grievance, Lively accuses Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios of embarking on a \u201cmulti-tiered plan\u201d to break her repute<\/a> following a gathering wherein she and her husband Ryan Reynolds addressed \u201crepeated sexual harassment and other disturbing behavior\u201d by Baldoni and a producer on the film.<\/p>\n

Baldoni enlisted publicists and disaster managers in a \u201csophisticated, coordinated, and well-financed retaliation plan\u201d meant to \u201cbury\u201d and \u201cdestroy\u201d Lively if she went public along with her on-set issues<\/a>, the grievance alleges.<\/p>\n

Baldoni\u2019s authorized workforce has mentioned the allegations are \u201ccategorically false.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the wake of the revelations, Lively has acquired an outpouring of help from Hollywood mates, co-stars and well-known faces.<\/p>\n

Colleen Hoover, the creator of the e-book that impressed and shares a title with the movie, shared a submit to her Instagram Story this week, calling Lively \u201cnothing but honest, kind, supportive and patient since the day we met.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you for being exactly the human that you are. Never change. Never wilt.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lively\u2019s Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants<\/em> co-stars, Alexis Bledel, Amber Tamblyn and America Ferrera, issued a joint assertion supporting their good friend, writing: \u201cAs Blake\u2019s friends and sisters for over twenty years, we stand with her in solidarity as she fights back against the reported campaign waged to destroy her reputation.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThroughout the filming of It Ends with Us<\/em>, we saw her summon the courage to ask for a safe workplace for herself and colleagues on set, and we are appalled to read the evidence of a premeditated and vindictive effort that ensued to discredit her voice.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMost upsetting is the unabashed exploitation of domestic violence survivors\u2019 stories to silence a woman who asked for safety. The hypocrisy is astounding,\u201d the actors added. \u201cWe are struck by the reality that even if a woman is as strong, celebrated, and resourced as our friend Blake, she can face forceful retaliation for daring to ask for a safe working environment.\u201d<\/p>\n
