Its mum or dad, <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/bytedance\/\" id=\"auto-tag_bytedance_1\" data-tag=\"bytedance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ByteDance<\/a>, has till Jan. 19 to divest TikTook within the U.S. or face a ban on app shops.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIn its emergency utility to the Supreme Court, TikTook says that the regulation \u201cwill shutter one of America\u2019s most popular speech platforms the day before a presidential inauguration.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIn a press release, TikTook stated, \u201cThe Supreme Court has an established record of upholding Americans\u2019 right to free speech.
