He looked like everybody. He\u2019d stand behind you while you were editing your film and he would be very scary, because he would look and he was so intense and he would speak very quickly \u2014 even then \u2014 he spoke quicker then because he was, you know, 50 years younger.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tScorsese would reference Howard Hawks all the time utilizing large photographs in his movies as a response to what his college students had been taking pictures.
