He was very nice to us.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\tCostner talked about his emotional response to the 11-minute standing ovation on the premiere of his film Horizon: An American Saga Chapter 1<\/em> at Cannes.<\/p>\n\n\t \u201cI actually started walking my life backwards for a second,\u201d he says. \u201cI kinda went back to the beginning and wondering, you know, how I even ended up at a place like that. We all have these dreams where we wanna be, and I had my own, and I\u2019ve taken some really big bites out of life, and life has taken some really big ones out of me. But I kind of just keep going, and when they started to clap and they didn\u2019t stop, I didn\u2019t really know what \u2014 I didn\u2019t f\u2014ing cry. I didn\u2019t cry. My eyes were full.\u201d <\/p>\n
