Charlie Puth<\/strong> <\/a>took to Instagram<\/a> to thank Taylor Swift<\/strong> <\/a>for uplifting him to launch his new track, \u201cHERO\u201d in a Tuesday, May 21, publish. <\/span>\u201cMy new song HERO is about when you see someone you love hurting themselves, ruining the things in their life that are good, but you just can\u2019t save them.\u201d the 32-year-old \u201cWe Don\u2019t Talk Anymore\u201d artist captioned the publish together with a picture of him lounging outdoors surrounded by flowers.\u00a0<\/span>

With this being his first single of 2024, \u201cIt\u2019s one of the hardest songs I\u2019ve ever had to write, but I wrote it in hopes that you\u2019ve gone through something similar in your life, and that it can fill in the BLANK for you like it did for me,\u201d Charlie continued. \u201cI\u2019m very excited to share my next album with you, especially this song because it\u2019s a great representation of what\u2019s to come.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The New Jersey native was motivated to launch \u201cHERO\u201d after listening to Taylor point out him on her monitor \u201cThe Tortured Poets Department\u201d from her just lately dropped album, <\/span>The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology<\/span><\/i><\/a>.
