Our focus is to help create a healthy and vibrant existence that evolves with the forward movement of our industry.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tJohnson is a four-time ASC Award nominee whose lengthy listing of credit consists of Apocalypse Now, Captain America: The First Avenger<\/em>, The Wolfman<\/em> and the upcoming Elevation <\/em>and Aftermath<\/em>. He was elected ASC president in May 2023, succeeding two-term chief Stephen Lighthill, and in addition serves on the Executive Committee for the Cinematographers Branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
