Victoria Justice<\/strong><\/a> is addressing her \u201ccomplex\u201d relationship with former Nickelodeon producer Dan Schneider<\/strong><\/a>. Two months after Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV<\/em><\/a>\u00a0aired on Investigation Discovery, the Victorious<\/em> alum, 31, opened up about her expertise working with Schneider in a brand new interview, which was printed on Wednesday, May 15.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not condoning any of his behavior,\u201d Justice insisted to Marie Claire<\/em><\/a>, earlier than including, \u201cAt the end of the day, my relationship with Dan is a very complex one: I met him when I was 12 years old, and he\u2019s the person that gave me this big break. He completely changed my life. Most likely, I wouldn\u2019t be here where I am today if it weren\u2019t for him, and for him seeing something in me. For that I will always be grateful.\u201d<\/p>\n

While showing on Quiet on Set<\/em>, a number of former Nickelodeon solid and crew members accused Schneider of making a poisonous work atmosphere. As a consequence, Schneider filed a lawsuit towards the producers of the ID doc. He subsequently responded to the allegations in an announcement obtained by E! News.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cThere is no doubt that I was sometimes a bad leader,\u201d Schneider admitted in his assertion. \u201cI am sincerely apologetic and regretful for that behavior, and I will continue to take accountability for it.
