When it involves self-care, Shaquille O\u2019Neal<\/strong><\/a> doesn\u2019t play any video games. During a current episode of \u201cThe Big Podcast with Shaq<\/a>,\u201d the NBA legend shared his love for getting pedicures frequently.<\/p>\n

\u201cI give about $1,000 because I know my feet stink,\u201d Shaq, 52, stated by way of Sports Center<\/i><\/a>. \u201cI know they\u2019re ugly and I like to paint them. I paint that s*** because it\u2019s ugly and I want it to look pretty.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former Los Angeles Lakers participant stated he first painted his toenails due to a suggestion from his mother, Lucille O\u2019Neal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cTrue story \u2014 one time I had a toenail that was torn off and I wasn\u2019t going to play in the game,\u201d he recalled. \u201cI was like, I tore my toenail off, so [my mom] did something and then she put some red polish on the thing and I had 40 that game. So I was like, you know what, I\u2019m just going to start painting my toenails.\u201d<\/p>\n

When requested what shade he prefers on his toenails, Shaq made it clear that he\u2019s not afraid to experiment and go above and past impartial designs. \u201cI do like sparkles and designs and all this stuff,\u201d he stated, \u201cjust to make it look pretty because I have ugly, stinky feet.\u201d<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the primary time Shaq has shined a light-weight on his love for pedicures. During a 2019 look on Good Morning America<\/i><\/a>, the sports activities analyst obtained some foot care on stay TV with co-hosts Michael Strahan<\/strong><\/a> and Sara Haines<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

When Sara, 46, acknowledged her visitor\u2019s colourful toenails, Shaq defined the origins of his ritual.\u00a0\u201cOne time I had a toe injury and my daughters were young,\u201d he defined. \u201cThey used to play games on daddy. They painted my toes and I had a good game so it became part of my ritual. And it helps my feet look a little bit better.\u201d<\/p>\n

That identical yr, he documented a visit to the nail salon the place he loved a fish foot spa day in Las<\/a> Vegas. <\/a>\u201cThe experience was great,\u201d he wrote by way of Instagram<\/a>, \u201cand the fish love my feet in the Fashion Show Mall.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shaq isn\u2019t the one well-known man who enjoys some nail care. Vanderpump Rules<\/em> star Tom Sandoval<\/strong> <\/a>continuously has his nails painted on the Bravo sequence. In addition, soccer participant Caleb Williams<\/strong> not too long ago confirmed off his manicured nails on the 2024 NFL Draft. One nail was painted silver to match his girlfriend Alina Thyregod<\/strong>\u2018s silver gown.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
