Jon Bon Jovi<\/a>\u2018<\/strong>s marriage to high school sweetheart, Dorothea Hurley<\/strong><\/a>, has been making headlines over the past few weeks. While speaking with ABC\u2019s Michael Strahan<\/strong><\/a> for the community\u2019s current \u201cHalfway There<\/a>\u201d particular, the 62-year-old rock star received candid about his infidelity in the course of the early days of his relationship with Dorothea, 61.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a rock \u2018n\u2019 roll star. I\u2019m not a saint,\u201d the \u201cLivin\u2019 On a Prayer\u201d hitmaker defined. \u201cI\u2019m Jon Bon Jovi. It was pretty good,\u201d joking that he received \u201caway with murder\u201d and was \u201cnot saying that there weren\u2019t 100 girls in [his] life.\u201d<\/p>\n

What a stupid thing to do,\u201d Jon emphasised, referring to the considered destroying his marriage. \u201cWhat kind of excesses does a man need that\u2019s going to fuel that fire? Jon additionally praised Dorothea for not being\u00a0\u201cafraid to call [him] out on something\u201d and is \u201calso there when [he falls].\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I\u2019m there for her when she falls,\u201d he doubled down. \u201cNo matter where I went in my career, the ups or the downs, we went there together.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, the \u201cIt\u2019s My Life\u201d musician stirred up fairly a buzz after describing the \u201cwonderful clich\u00e9s of rock stardom,\u201d per The Independent.\u00a0<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s about never lying about having been a saint, but not being a fool enough to [mess] up the home life, either,\u201d he defined.<\/p>\n

This wasn\u2019t the primary time that Jon has opened up about his infidelity. During an interview with Best Life<\/em> journal in 2007, he identified that he didn\u2019t \u201clook at this week\u2019s hot starlet and think about trading in or trading up.\u201d He additionally insisted that he didn\u2019t \u201chave a mistress on the side or another family across town.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jon has been selling his Hulu doc, Thank You Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story<\/em>, which dropped final week. The doc explores Jon\u2019s story along with his band, Bon Jovi, and his music profession. He and Dorothea began relationship in 1980. Although they briefly cut up in 1985, they reconciled and eloped in Las Vegas in 1989. The spouses share kids Stephanie Rose, Jesse, Jake Hurley and Romeo Jon Bongiovi<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Jon\u2019s son Jake<\/strong><\/a>, 21, has been within the highlight due to his relationship with fianc\u00e9e Millie Bobby Brown<\/strong><\/a>. He and the Stranger Things<\/em> actress, 20, received engaged in April 2023.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
