Gypsy Rose Blanchard<\/strong><\/a> has filed a short lived restraining order in opposition to her estranged husband, Ryan Scott Anderson<\/strong><\/a>, shortly after they separated<\/a>. The pair reportedly had a struggle earlier than Gypsy, 32, left and confirmed their breakup<\/a>. In her restraining order, the Louisiana native is reportedly claiming that she is \u201cnot at fault for the dissolution of [their] marriage.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, Gypsy is requesting that Ryan pay interim and long-term spousal help as a result of she is \u201cin need,\u201d in line with court docket paperwork obtained by PEOPLE <\/em><\/a>on Thursday, April 11.<\/p>\n

Last week, Gypsy\u2019s buddy Nadiya Vizier advised the identical publication that Gypsy and Ryan had an enormous altercation earlier than splitting for good.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe got in her face and screamed,\u201d Nadiya claimed. \u201cGypsy said that she was afraid he was going to hit her. In March, Gypsy took to Facebook to disclose that she and Ryan had been \u201cgoing through a separation\u201d and that she moved again in together with her mother and father.<\/p>\n

Gypsy and Ryan\u2019s break up got here as a shock to many because the two had been overtly celebrating their love after Gypsy was launched from jail in December 2023. They appeared on TV and spoke extremely about their marriage in numerous interviews. On social media, the then-couple shared candy feedback about each other.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the primary time that Ryan and Gypsy have damaged up. After tying the knot in July 2022 in a jailhouse marriage ceremony ceremony, Gypsy wrote a letter to her household about submitting an annulment.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is with a heavy heart that this morning I made a decision to go ahead and file for annulment and end my marriage with Ryan,\u201d Gypsy\u2019s letter learn, per In Touch<\/a>.<\/em> \u201cMy marriage ends with no fault to either of us. I believe we are just in different places in our lives, and find it too difficult to walk a path together, at this point.\u201d<\/p>\n
