Two weeks after Rebel Wilson<\/strong><\/a> revealed that she calls out Sacha Baron Cohen<\/strong><\/a> in her memoir, Rebel Rising<\/em>, the comic, 52, and his spouse, Isa Fisher<\/a>,<\/strong> introduced their divorce. According to a newly launched assertion on Friday, April 5, the estranged spouses revealed they cut up final yr.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter a long tennis match lasting over 20 years, we are finally putting our racquets down. In 2023 we jointly filed to end our marriage,\u201d Sacha and Isla wrote in a joint Instagram Stories assertion. \u201cWe have always prioritized our privacy, and have been quietly working through this change. We forever share in our devotion and love for our children. We sincerely appreciate your respecting our family\u2019s wish for privacy.\u201d<\/p>\n

The information comes two weeks after Rebel, 44, revealed that Sacha is the \u201ca**hole\u201d<\/a> she mentions in her memoir, accusing him of inappropriate conduct on the set go their movie, Grimsby<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wrote about an a**hole in my book. In her guide \u2014 which got here out on Tuesday, April 2, Rebel wrote about her alleged expertise working with the Trial of the Chicago 7<\/em> star on the set of their comedy film Grimsby<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt felt like every time I\u2019d speak to SBC, he\u2019d mention that he wanted me to go naked in a future scene,\u201d Rebel claimed in a single excerpt from her memoir. \u201cI was like, \u2018Ha, I don\u2019t do nudity, Sacha.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then detailed an alleged change between her and Sacha, claiming that he wished her to movie a sexual scene that she hadn\u2019t agreed to.<\/p>\n

\u201cSBC summons me via a production assistant saying that I\u2019m needed to film an additional scene. \u2018OK, well, we\u2019re gonna film this extra scene,\u2019 SBC says,\u201d Rebel alleged. \u201cThen he pulls his pants down. SBC says very matter-of-factly: \u2018OK, now I want you to stick your finger up my ass.\u2019 And I\u2019m like, \u2018What?? \u2026 No!!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

An nameless producer from the film challenged Rebel\u2019s claims. According to an announcement obtained by PEOPLE<\/em>, the producer claimed that Rebel \u201chad read and approved\u201d the scene in query \u201cin advance.\u201d The producer then identified that \u201cher character was attempting to put a finger in Sacha\u2019s character\u2019s butt. At no point did Sacha actually ask her to put a finger in his butt. Throughout this entire period, she was treated with the utmost respect and empowerment and was welcomed as a collaborator in all creative areas.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sacha and Isla received married in 2010. They had met in 2001 and received engaged in 2004. The pair share three kids collectively.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
